Who we are

A boutique brokerage with a long memory.

LUXEHAVEN was founded in 2010 by a small group of senior brokers who believed real estate had become transactional in all the wrong ways. We started with one principle — that every client deserves a partner-level advisor for the long arc of their real estate life — and we've built the practice around it ever since.

Today, our advisors have helped more than 1,200 families and funds buy, sell, and steward properties across 42 markets. We've stayed deliberately small. We turn down more engagements than we accept. We do this so that when we say yes, we can give the work the time it deserves.

We are a team of brokers, designers, photographers and project managers — and most importantly, people who care that the home you leave is honored, and the home you arrive at feels like yours from the moment the keys are in your hand.
