This Agreement is between you ("Agent") and Rise Estate ("Company"). By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms:
- Eligibility: You confirm you hold a valid real estate license in your state.
- Services: Rise Estate provides lead generation and marketing introductions — we are not a brokerage.
- Referral Fee: A referral fee (as specified in your plan) is due upon successful closing of any referred lead.
- Refund Policy: A 90-day refund window applies from date of purchase, subject to our Refund Policy.
- Lead Handling: You agree to contact leads within 24 hours and maintain professional standards.
- Chargebacks: No chargebacks after lead delivery. Disputes must go through our support process.
- Confidentiality: Lead information is confidential and may not be shared or resold.
- No Guarantee: Rise Estate does not guarantee closings, commissions, or specific results.
- Compliance: All services are subject to applicable laws and market regulations.
BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR RECEIVING LEADS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGENT AGREEMENT.
